Beauty In DemiseShe stops and looks around. Conscience for what seems to be the first time in years. Her feet are dirty and bleeding. Her clothes are ripped to shreds and she notices how low the temperature is. Her bare skin is numb to her touch and discolored from dirt..or bruises. She holds out her hands noticing that most of her fingernails are missing and her palms are wrapped in cloth. Ripping them off, they are soaked in blood. Gashes, as deep to the bone you'd think, were what was left of her hands. Her arms looked the same. Grabbing her hair, she screams. Her hair is in knots, her scream pierces her ears.
